Outreach does coach during the call. The question is which Amplify plan you are on, because Core does not list it

Updated September 26, 2026 · By the Objeq team

Short answer. Yes, Outreach has live coaching feedback, and it is called Kaia. Outreach's own conversation intelligence page says "Outreach Kaia™ joins sales meetings and calls live, supporting reps in the moment to handle tough buyer questions" and promises to "Guide customer conversations in real time with AI-powered battle cards, objection handling". Checked 26 Sep 2026. Most comparison pages in this category get that wrong, so we are putting it first. The useful finding is one level down, in the plan list. Read from outreach.ai/pricing the same day: "Live Coaching: Real-time Content Cards" appears on Amplify Essentials, Plus and Pro, and Amplify Core lists none of the coaching or transcription features at all. Core sounds like a step up from Essentials. On coaching it is a step sideways. And no Outreach plan publishes a price: all four say "Request pricing". Objeq is $99 a seat, published, and the one thing it does differently is written below without a sales call.

First, the part that could have falsified this whole page

We open the one page that would prove us wrong before we publish, because writing a comparison without doing that is just writing down what we already believed. Here, the falsifying page exists and Outreach means it.

"Outreach Kaia™ joins sales meetings and calls live, supporting reps in the moment to handle tough buyer questions." · "Guide customer conversations in real time with AI-powered battle cards, objection handling." · "From meeting recording and transcription, to live content cards and conversation insights, equip reps in the moment."

Outreach, conversation intelligence, outreach.ai/platform/conversation-intelligence, quoted verbatim, checked 26 Sep 2026.

So Outreach is not a record-and-review tool that we get to beat on timing. That is the easy story and it is false. Kaia surfaces help while the buyer is still talking, and it also does the post-call half: transcripts, summaries, action items, sentiment, playlists. If you already pay for Outreach on the right plan, the honest advice is to switch Kaia on and read the rest of this page only if it is already on and something is still missing.

Which leaves a narrower and more useful question than "who has real time". Where does the sentence on the rep's screen come from, and does anyone have to write it first. That is section four.

The plan ladder is not a ladder, and that is the trap

Read off outreach.ai/pricing on 26 Sep 2026. We are listing Outreach's own feature strings, not a summary of them.

Read the Core row twice. Amplify Core carries "Call Insights & Analytics" and does not list Live Coaching, Real-Time Transcription, AI Coach Cards, Sentiment Analysis, Playlists or Meeting Insights and Analytics. Essentials lists all of those and does not list sequences or the engagement reporting. They are two different products with adjacent names. Essentials is the conversation tier. Core is the sequencing tier. Only Plus and Pro carry both halves, and Pro adds forecasting on top of Plus.

Why this matters for the search you just ran: if someone in your company is told "we are on Outreach Core, coaching is included", the plan page says otherwise. Go and read your own contract line items before you buy a second tool, and before you upgrade. A plan page is a marketing page and Outreach may sell you any of it as an add-on. We are telling you what is published, on a date, and where to check.

Nobody publishes a price, including on the plan with the coaching

All four Amplify plans show the same thing where a number would go.

"Request pricing" · "Reach out to our team for custom pricing based on your team's needs."

Outreach pricing page, outreach.ai/pricing, checked 26 Sep 2026. The page does state per user pricing with no platform fees.

This is not an accusation, it is a scheduling fact. Enterprise sales tools price by negotiation, and there are decent reasons for it. But it changes what your week looks like. To find out whether Outreach coaching fits a three-person team's budget you book a call, sit through discovery, and get a number some days later. To find out whether ours does, you read a page. If you are evaluating four vendors on a Tuesday, that difference is most of your Tuesday.

And one small thing we measured that no comparison table carries. As of 26 Sep 2026, outreach.io returns a 301 permanent redirect to outreach.ai, site wide, pricing page included. We checked the redirect ourselves with a request that does not follow redirects. Your old links still work. Any article still citing outreach.io as the live address has not been opened recently, which is a useful way to date the comparison posts you are reading alongside this one.

Type your worst objection in and read the answer

Takes about a minute. No email, no install, no call with anyone.

Who writes the card, and what happens on the ninth objection

This is the real difference between the two products, and Outreach describes its own mechanism plainly enough that we do not have to guess.

"Boost confidence with enablement-created content cards generated in live meetings so reps can easily answer questions about competitors, product features, pricing, and more."

Outreach, rep coaching, outreach.ai/platform/rep-coaching, quoted verbatim, checked 26 Sep 2026.

Enablement-created. Somebody on your team writes the card, and Kaia surfaces it in the live meeting when the topic comes up. For the objections you already know about, that is better than what any generator produces, because your best closer wrote it and legal approved it. It is a library with good timing.

The gap is the objection nobody carded. A buyer says something specific to their situation, in their words, that is not on the list. Kaia has no card to surface. Objeq is doing a different job: it reads the sentence that was just said, works out which of five fears is underneath it, and writes one line on the rep's screen for that sentence. Nobody wrote it in advance because nobody could have.

The honest cost of that design: our line is generated, so it is not pre-approved by your enablement team, and there is no library to audit. If you sell in a regulated space where every phrase must be signed off, that is a real objection to us and a real point for Kaia. We would rather you know it now than after a procurement review.

The second gap is language. Outreach publishes no language list for the live content cards. Its translation feature covers call and meeting summaries and transcripts, and both of those happen after the call ends. We are not claiming Hebrew is unsupported in the live cards, only that it is not stated anywhere we could find on 26 Sep 2026. About 99 percent of Objeq usage is Hebrew calls, and Hebrew is what it was built on, not translated into.

What Objeq does not do for an Outreach team, said before you ask

It does not integrate with Outreach. No activity logged, no task created, no sequence advanced, no prospect updated, no field written. Nothing at all goes back into Outreach.

It is not a sequencer and never will be. Outreach's core job, multi-channel engagement across email, calls and LinkedIn at volume, is not a thing we do any part of. If your problem is pipeline coverage, stop reading.

It keeps no call library. No recordings, no transcripts, no playlists, no searchable archive, no scorecards, no leaderboard, no manager dashboard. Kaia gives you all of that and it is genuinely what a manager needs to find a pattern across forty calls.

It does nothing if the audio is not in a Chrome tab. Browser-joined Meet, Zoom or Teams work, and browser dialers such as GoHighLevel work. A desk phone, a mobile phone or a native desktop softphone means silence, and no setting changes that.

Who each one is for

Stay on Outreach alone if you sell in English, you have somebody whose job includes writing and maintaining content cards, you are on Essentials, Plus or Pro, and your managers will actually review calls. That is a complete coaching system and a second tool is waste.

Check your plan first if you are on Amplify Core. Per the plan page on 26 Sep 2026 you do not have the coaching half, and the cheapest fix may be a conversation with Outreach rather than a new vendor. We would rather send you back to them than sell you something you already almost own.

Add a live copilot if your calls are in Hebrew, or your reps keep losing on objections that are not on anybody's card, or you have two to ten sellers and nobody with the word enablement in their title. Objeq hears the objection, finds the fear underneath it, and writes a treatment on the rep's screen in seconds. Only the rep sees it. Then it goes quiet, which is most of the call, deliberately.

Buy neither yet if you cannot name the five objections you lost on last month. Go read your own notes first. Both purchases get cheaper once you can.

How to decide this week without booking a demo

1. Open your Outreach contract and find the plan name. Essentials, Core, Plus or Pro. That single word decides whether you already own live coaching.

2. If it says Core, ask Outreach what Kaia costs as an add-on before you look anywhere else. You are already a customer and that is the shortest path.

3. If Kaia is on, sit in on one live call and watch how often a card actually appears. Count it. A card library nobody maintained for six months surfaces nothing.

4. Pull the five deals you lost last month and write the sentence that ended each one. Five sentences, no analysis.

5. Mark which of those five had a content card waiting for it. The unmarked ones are the entire case for a generator, and if there are none, you do not need us.

6. Type the unmarked ones into a live copilot and read the lines it gives back, not the marketing claim. Our demo does that in a minute without an email address.

What we can prove here, and what we cannot

Every Outreach fact on this page comes from an Outreach page we opened ourselves on 26 Sep 2026 and linked above: the pricing page, the conversation intelligence page and the rep coaching page. The redirect from outreach.io to outreach.ai we measured directly. The supported meeting platforms carry an earlier check date, 12 Sep 2026, from our Outreach comparison page, and the pricing page confirms Outreach Voice Integrated Dialer on every plan. We did not test Kaia. We have no login, so we read what Outreach publishes and left out anything that needed an account. Feature lists on plan pages change and are often negotiable, so treat the table as a dated snapshot and confirm your own line items. We make no claim about Kaia's transcript accuracy, its Hebrew handling, or its latency, because we have measured none of them. On our side the price, the setup, the browser-tab limit and the behaviour in the objection moment are written down and dated on the facts page. We have no customer outcome study and no published win-rate number, ours or theirs.

The rest of the cluster

The straight buying comparison rather than this plan question: Objeq vs Outreach. The same question with a different platform underneath: HubSpot sales coaching feedback and Pipedrive sales coaching feedback. The general version with no platform attached: sales coaching feedback tool. For teams in the other big sequencer: Objeq vs Salesloft. Coaching built from the recording: Objeq vs Gong, Objeq vs Chorus and Objeq vs Avoma. What "real-time" actually means across every tool that claims it: real-time sales coaching software. Every tool in one sourced table: the sales coaching software comparison. The category root: sales coaching tools and the three jobs. Coaching for a whole team rather than one rep: sales team coaching feedback platform. And the extension question specifically: sales coaching Chrome extensions, all 20 listings.

FAQ

Does Outreach have sales coaching feedback built in?

Yes, and unlike most tools in this category it works during the call as well as after it. The product is Outreach Kaia. Outreach's conversation intelligence page says Kaia "joins sales meetings and calls live, supporting reps in the moment to handle tough buyer questions", and promises to "Guide customer conversations in real time with AI-powered battle cards, objection handling". Checked 26 September 2026. The post-call half is there too: transcriptions, summaries, action items, sentiment, playlists. If you searched for an Outreach sales coaching feedback tool expecting to find nothing, you were wrong, and this page will not pretend otherwise.

Which Outreach plan includes live coaching?

Amplify Essentials, Plus and Pro list "Live Coaching: Real-time Content Cards", "Real-Time Transcription", "AI Coach Cards with Automated Scoring", Sentiment Analysis, Playlists and Meeting Insights and Analytics. Amplify Core lists none of those, and carries "Call Insights & Analytics" plus "Multi-Channel Engagement & Sequences" instead. Read from outreach.ai/pricing on 26 September 2026. The trap is that Core sounds like a step above Essentials and on coaching it is a step sideways. Essentials is the conversation tier, Core is the sequencing tier, and only Plus and Pro carry both. Confirm your own line items with Outreach, because a plan page is a marketing page and most of it is negotiable.

How much does Outreach cost per seat?

Outreach publishes no price for any plan. All four Amplify plans show "Request pricing", and the page says to reach out to their team for custom pricing based on your team's needs. It does state per user pricing with no platform fees. Checked 26 September 2026. For a team of three deciding this week that means a sales conversation before you know whether you can afford it. Objeq publishes $99 a seat a month for Starter and $149 for Pro on its pricing page, three-day trial with the card up front, cancel in one click, full refund within 14 days of the first charge. We are not claiming Outreach is expensive. We do not know, and neither do you until you ask them.

If Kaia already coaches live, why would an Outreach team add anything?

Often it would not. There are two differences worth money and both are narrow. First, the card: Outreach's rep coaching page describes "enablement-created content cards generated in live meetings", so somebody writes the card in advance and Kaia surfaces it when the topic comes up. Excellent for the eight objections you know about, silent on the ninth. Objeq writes the line for the sentence that was just said, whether or not anyone anticipated it, and the cost of that design is that our line is not pre-approved by your enablement team. Second, Hebrew: Outreach publishes no language list for the live cards, and its translation feature covers summaries and transcripts, which happen after the call. About 99 percent of Objeq usage is Hebrew calls.

Does Kaia need a specific meeting platform?

Kaia joins and records the meeting, so it needs a meeting it can join: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Cisco Webex, plus Outreach's own integrated dialer, which appears on every Amplify plan as "Outreach Voice Integrated Dialer". Platform list checked 12 September 2026 on our Outreach comparison page, dialer re-read on the pricing page 26 September 2026. Objeq has a different limit worth knowing before either purchase: it hears whatever plays in a Chrome tab, so browser-joined Meet, Zoom or Teams and browser dialers work, and a desk phone, a mobile phone or a native desktop softphone means it hears nothing. Run one real call with the extension on before anybody buys a seat.

Is outreach.io still the right address?

No. As of 26 September 2026 outreach.io returns a 301 permanent redirect to outreach.ai, site wide, pricing page included. We measured the redirect ourselves with a request that does not follow redirects, rather than reading about it somewhere. Your old links still resolve, but the company's own address is outreach.ai now. Worth a find and replace in your battlecards, and worth knowing that any comparison article still citing outreach.io as the live address has not been opened in a while.
