What Pipedrive says about calls, in its own words
People search "Pipedrive sales coaching feedback tool" because they assume the CRM they already pay for should be able to tell them how the call went. Here is the sentence that settles it, from Pipedrive's own help centre rather than from us.
"Although Pipedrive doesn't have a built-in calling integration, you can still make calls directly from the platform using a calling app from our Marketplace."
Pipedrive support, Caller, support.pipedrive.com/en/article/caller, checked 24 Sep 2026.The same article lists the Marketplace route (CloudTalk, Kixie, CallHippo, Aircall among others), calling from the iOS and Android apps, and automatic logging of completed calls as activities. Read what that means for coaching. Pipedrive gets a record that a call happened, to whom, and for how long. It does not get the sentences. There is no recording, no transcript and no score in that article, because there is no audio in the product to make one from.
This is not a knock on Pipedrive. A CRM's job is the deal record, and Pipedrive is good at it. It is a knock on the assumption that the CRM is where coaching lives.
Pipedrive has AI. None of it is on the call
Pipedrive's published AI feature list, checked 24 Sep 2026: AI import assistant, AI-assisted report creation, AI-powered Marketplace search, AI smart-app recommendations, Sales Assistant (beta), business card scanner on mobile, AI email creation, AI-powered notifications, AI email summarization (beta) and AI email suggested replies (beta). The first six are on every tier; the email-side features are listed on the two higher tiers.

Line those ten up and look at what they act on. Records, reports, the Marketplace, and email. It is a coherent set for a CRM and some of it saves real time. Zero of it is live transcription, live objection detection or a prompt on a rep's screen during a conversation. If you were hoping Sales Assistant would tell a rep what to say when a buyer pushes back on price, it will not, and Pipedrive does not claim it will.
The three places coaching feedback can actually come from
Once you accept the CRM is out, there are three products left, and teams confuse them constantly because all three are sold with the word "coaching".
1. The dialer. If your Marketplace calling app records and transcribes, you already own the raw material. Some of them also score. Start here before you buy anything, because a feature you already pay for beats a fourth subscription.
2. Conversation intelligence on top of the recording. Gong, Chorus, Avoma and the rest. They listen to the finished call and produce a scorecard, topics, talk ratio and a coaching thread. This is the right buy when the question is "why are we losing" and somebody has the job of reading the answer. See Objeq vs Gong and the Gong alternatives page for what each one costs and when it fires.
3. A copilot inside the live call. One tool watches the sentence the buyer just said and puts a line on the rep's screen while the buyer is still on the line. That is the only category that changes the call that is happening rather than the next one.
Pick by which one you are missing, not by which one is loudest. If your reps already get feedback and ignore it, buying a better scorecard is buying the same problem twice.

What Objeq does not do for a Pipedrive team, said first
It does not write to Pipedrive. No activity logging, no deal update, no note on the contact. If your actual pain is that reps do not log calls, Objeq is the wrong purchase and a dialer with native CRM sync is the right one.
It does not replace your dialer. Objeq listens, it does not place calls.
It does nothing if the audio is not in a Chrome tab. Desk phone, mobile phone or a native desktop softphone means Objeq hears nothing. Meet, Zoom or Teams joined from the browser, and browser dialers such as GoHighLevel, work. That is the whole compatibility rule and it is worth testing on one real call before anybody signs anything.
It keeps no call library. No searchable recordings, no highlight reels, no coaching history a manager can scroll back through.
Who this page is actually for
A small team on Pipedrive. Two to ten sellers, no enablement person, calls taken in a browser. Nobody is going to build a scorecard programme and nobody is going to read one.
What kills that team is one sentence at 14:02 on a Tuesday that nobody had a good answer ready for. A CRM cannot help with it because the CRM was never in the room. A recording tool cannot help with it because by the time the recording exists the deal has already gone quiet.
Objeq hears the objection, works out the fear underneath it, and writes a 7-step treatment on the rep's screen in under two seconds, in Hebrew or English. Only the rep sees it. Then it goes quiet again, which is most of the call, on purpose. What we can and cannot prove about that is written down and dated on the facts page.
How to decide in twenty minutes without a demo
1. Open Pipedrive and check what your calling app already gives you. If it records and transcribes, you may already own step one.
2. Ask when your deals turn. In the follow-up, or in one live moment nobody rehearsed. Both are real. Only you know which is yours.
3. Pull the five objections you lost on this month out of your notes, from wherever they live.
4. Type those five sentences into a live copilot and read the answers. Not the marketing claim, the actual line. You can do that on our demo in a minute, without an email address.
5. Run one real call with the extension on before you buy a seat, so the browser-tab question answers itself.
What we can prove, and what we cannot
Everything above attributed to Pipedrive is quoted or listed from Pipedrive's own help centre, linked, and dated 24 Sep 2026. Where we could not read a source we said so: their pricing page refused our fetch with an HTTP 403 that day, so there is no Pipedrive price on this page, and we did not lift one from a directory. We make no claim about Pipedrive's Hebrew support because we did not check it. On our side, the price, the seat minimum, the setup and the behaviour in the objection moment are in writing and dated on the facts page. We have no customer outcome study and no published win-rate number.
The rest of the cluster
The general version of this question, without a CRM attached: sales coaching feedback tool. The same question for teams living inside a sequencer: Objeq vs Outreach and Objeq vs Salesloft. Coaching that comes from the recording: Objeq vs Gong, Objeq vs Chorus and Objeq vs Avoma. What "real-time" actually means across the tools that claim it: real-time sales coaching software. Every tool in one sourced table: the sales coaching software comparison. The category root: sales coaching tools and the three jobs.

FAQ
Does Pipedrive have sales coaching feedback built in?
No, and the reason is upstream of coaching. Pipedrive's own support article on calling says, word for word, that "Pipedrive doesn't have a built-in calling integration", and that you make calls through a calling app from its Marketplace or from the mobile app, with completed calls logged as activities. Checked 24 September 2026. A CRM that does not carry the audio cannot grade what was said on it. Pipedrive's published AI list is import assistant, AI-assisted report creation, Marketplace search, smart-app recommendations, Sales Assistant in beta, business card scanner, AI email creation, AI-powered notifications, AI email summarization and suggested replies. Checked 24 September 2026. Every one of those acts on records and email. None of them runs while a buyer is talking.
So where does coaching feedback come from on a Pipedrive stack?
From whatever tool owns the audio, which is not Pipedrive. That is usually one of three places. Your Marketplace dialer, if it records and transcribes. A conversation intelligence tool bolted on top, such as Gong or Chorus, which coaches from the recording after the call ends. Or a live copilot that sits on the call itself. The three are not the same product and they answer different questions: what happened, why it happened, and what to say next. Pick by which of those three you are actually missing.
Does Objeq write anything back into Pipedrive?
No. Objeq writes to no CRM at all, Pipedrive included, and there is no Pipedrive integration on our roadmap that we would promise you today. It is a Chrome extension that listens to the call playing in a browser tab and writes one line on the rep's screen. Your activity logging, deal stages and notes stay exactly as they are in Pipedrive. If what you need is call outcomes landing automatically on the deal record, buy a dialer that does that, because we do not.
Will Objeq work with the dialer we use with Pipedrive?
There is one test and it has nothing to do with Pipedrive. Does the call audio play in a Chrome tab? Objeq hears Google Meet, Zoom or Teams joined from the browser, and browser-based dialers such as GoHighLevel. If your reps use a desk phone, a mobile phone or a native desktop softphone application, Objeq hears nothing and no setting will change that. It is a hard limit of how the product works, not a roadmap item. Try one real call before you pay for a seat.
What does Pipedrive cost, and what does Objeq cost?
Pipedrive publishes per-seat prices on its own pricing page. We are not printing a number for them here: our fetch of pipedrive.com/en/pricing on 24 September 2026 was refused with an HTTP 403, and we do not repeat a price from a third-party directory as though the vendor had published it. Open their page. Objeq is $99 a seat a month for Starter and $149 for Pro, published on our pricing page, three-day trial with the card up front, cancel in one click, full refund within 14 days of the first charge.
