Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Objeq's real-time AI sales copilot, Chrome extension, websites, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Objeq ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.

2. Subscriptions, pricing & free trial

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans: Starter at $99/seat/month and Pro at $149/seat/month. Each new account receives a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Fees are billed through our payment processor, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Your payment details are governed by Paddle's terms and are not stored by Objeq.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and to comply with all recording-consent and wiretapping laws applicable in your jurisdiction and to call participants in any call you analyze with the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to record, transcribe, or analyze conversations. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.

4. AI output

The Service generates AI-powered coaching suggestions that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Suggestions are provided "as is" for assistance only. You are responsible for your own communications and sales decisions.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g., liability limits, IP ownership) will survive.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
