Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Objeq. This policy covers how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Free trial

Every account starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@objeq.io — no questions asked.

2. Monthly subscriptions

After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

3. Refund guarantee

If you are charged for the first time and decide Objeq is not right for you, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of the first charge — no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and returned to your original payment method.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@objeq.io from your account email address and include your invoice ID or account email. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Subsequent billing periods

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first charge. For subsequent billing periods, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion if the Service was not substantially used.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse of the refund policy or material violation of our Terms of Service.
