"Boost confidence with enablement-created content cards generated in live meetings so reps can easily answer questions about competitors, product features, pricing, and more."
Outreach, Real-time Content Cards, outreach.io rep coaching page, checked 12 September 2026. We quote it in full because it is accurate and because the whole difference sits in two words: enablement-created. Somebody has to write the card, and the card has to already exist. The searcher this page is for
People land here searching for a sales coaching feedback tool for a team that already lives in Outreach. So here is the straight answer before the sales pitch. If you already pay for Outreach, you are probably already entitled to conversation intelligence and coaching, and you should ask your account rep which package you are on before you buy anything else. If live cards are included in your package, use them. A second tool that duplicates a feature you already own is a bad purchase, and we would rather you find that out from us than from your CFO.
The reason people still come looking is usually one of three: the coaching feedback arrives after the call and the deal died during it, the content cards only fire on topics somebody thought to write a card for, or the whole thing is in English and the calls are not.
Where Outreach is genuinely the better buy
Outreach is a bigger product than Objeq and it is not close. Sequences, pipeline management, forecasting, mutual action plans, account planning, coach cards with automated scoring, playlists, a mobile app, one-sided recording for compliance, and Webex support that we do not have. If your problem is that your revenue motion has no system of record, buying a whisper tool will not fix it. Outreach also gives you something we deliberately do not: total control of the exact wording a rep sees, because your enablement team wrote it.
And if your buying process needs procurement, security review, SSO and an enterprise contract, that is a road Outreach has driven ten thousand times and we have not.
Where Objeq wins, and it is one thing
A content card can only answer a question somebody predicted. The objections that kill deals are the ones phrased in a way nobody predicted, at the moment the rep is least able to think. "It's too expensive" is really "I don't believe this will work here", and the card that says "here is our ROI calculator" is answering the sentence instead of the fear.
Objeq reads the fear behind the sentence that was just said and writes the treatment for that sentence, in under two seconds, in the language the call is actually in. No card library to maintain, nobody to predict anything in advance, and nothing for a rep to go looking for while a prospect waits.
Can you run both?
Yes, and for a team already on Outreach that is the realistic answer. They do not fight for the same seat. Outreach keeps running the pipeline and writing the call into the CRM. Objeq sits in the browser tab and talks to the rep during the ninety seconds after an objection lands. If you can only buy one, buy against the failure you actually have. No system of record is an Outreach problem. Deals dying on live calls is ours.

FAQ
Does Outreach coach reps during a live call?
Yes. Outreach Kaia delivers Real-time Content Cards during live meetings, alongside real-time transcription. The published description is "enablement-created content cards", meaning the card is written by your team in advance and surfaced when the topic comes up. Checked 12 September 2026.
How much does Outreach cost compared to Objeq?
Outreach publishes no price. All four packages, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, say "Request pricing", and the model combines seat-based access with consumption-based AI credits, from 10,000 credits on Essentials to 100,000 on Pro. Objeq publishes $99 (Starter) and $149 (Pro) per seat per month with no seat minimum. Checked 12 September 2026.
Is live coaching included in every Outreach package?
Not according to the pricing page. "Live Coaching: Real-time Content Cards" is listed under Amplify Essentials and Amplify Plus, and is not listed under Amplify Core. If live coaching is the reason you are buying, confirm the package with your Outreach rep before signing. Checked 12 September 2026.
Which one works for a Hebrew-speaking sales team?
Objeq runs in Hebrew end to end: the transcription, the objection detection and the whisper the rep reads. Outreach publishes Kaia Translations for call and meeting summaries and transcripts, which happens after the call, and publishes no language list for the live content cards. We are not saying Hebrew is unsupported there, only that it is not stated.
Can I use Objeq alongside Outreach?
Yes. Objeq runs in a Chrome side panel on the call itself and does not touch your CRM, your sequences or your pipeline. Outreach keeps doing all of that. They do not compete for the same seat or the same moment.
