Why most "top" lists tell you nothing
Open five of them and count how many state the criterion they ranked by. The usual answer is zero. The order is alphabetical, or it is the order the affiliate commissions arrive in, and the column headers are "AI-powered", "intuitive" and "scalable", which describe every product ever shipped.
So here is ours, out loud, before the list: how long does the rep wait between the objection leaving the prospect's mouth and help appearing on the screen. That is the only variable in this category that changes what happens on the call rather than what happens in the pipeline review. It is also checkable. You can open any vendor's own page and see which side of the line they sit on, and we link every one we checked.
Tier 1: the line is composed during the call, for the sentence actually spoken
One product on this list does this, and we are it, so read the next paragraph with that in mind.
Objeq. It listens to both sides of a live call, detects the fear underneath the objection, and whispers a treatment to the rep, visible only to them. Nothing is authored in advance, because the treatment depends on the exact sentence and on the four minutes before it. "It is too expensive" from a prospect who already asked about onboarding is a different objection than the same words from one who has not asked a single question, and a card cannot tell the two apart. Chrome extension side panel, $99 and $149 per seat per month, no seat minimum and no platform fee, 3-day trial with the card up front. (Sources: Objeq facts and Objeq pricing, checked 18 Sep 2026.)
The hard limit is equally specific: the call has to play in a Chrome tab. Meet, Zoom or Teams joined from the browser, or a browser dialer such as GoHighLevel. A call on a desk phone or a native desktop softphone has no tab, so there is nothing to hear.
Tier 2: help arrives during the call, written before it
Six products here, and none of them is a weak product. They are the right purchase for a floor that repeats the same twenty situations, because a pre-written card is faster and more consistent than anything composed live, and compliance teams can sign off on it.
The failure mode is narrow and worth naming. A card fires on a trigger: a keyword, a phrase, a Salesforce field. When the prospect says something nobody predicted, the trigger does not fire and the screen stays empty at the exact second the rep needed it. You are not buying coaching, you are buying a fast retrieval layer over the content your team wrote. If that content is good and maintained, this tier wins. If it is a slide deck from two quarters ago, the tier is decoration.
- Clari Copilot: "Real-time transcription, instant insights, and live battlecards empower reps to respond to objections." Ships with seven battlecards built in. No published price. (clari.com and clari.com/pricing, checked 12 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Clari Copilot.)
- Balto: live checklists, scripted prompts and compliance alerts pushed to a contact center agent mid-call, written by the enablement or QA team. Every button on the site is Book a Demo. (balto.ai, checked 9 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Balto.)
- Avoma: Answer Cards fire on a trigger phrase and stay on screen for 20 seconds. "Admins create answer cards with custom trigger phrases, approved responses, and battlecard content." $19 to $39 per seat annual, plus the $29 Conversation Intelligence add-on that contains the live layer. (avoma.com/pricing, checked 11 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Avoma.)
- Outreach: "Live Coaching: Real-time Content Cards", described as "enablement-created content cards generated in live meetings". All four packages say Request pricing, and the model mixes seats with consumption-based AI credits. (outreach.io pricing, checked 12 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Outreach.)
- Dialpad: a phone system with coaching built in. Real-time assist cards fire on keywords your admins configure. Its own pricing page no longer publishes a Sell per-seat figure; third-party round-ups report $39, $95 and $150 per user per month on annual billing. (See Objeq vs Dialpad for the quotes and dates.)
- Revenue.io: Moments surfaces objection responses "based on proven templates and Salesforce data". Its pricing page states it is built for Salesforce teams of 15 or more seats and publishes no list price. (See Objeq vs Revenue.io for the quotes and dates.)
Tier 3: the coaching happens after the call
This is the largest and best funded part of the category, and calling it "sales coaching software" is accurate. It just answers a different question: not what should the rep say now, but what went wrong across forty calls last month.
- Gong: records, transcribes and analyzes after the call. Its pricing page lists per-user licenses plus a platform fee based on the number of users, and no number. Third-party listings put it near $1,360 to $1,600 per user per year plus that fee, which is reporting, not Gong's figure. (gong.io/pricing, checked 12 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Gong and Gong alternatives.)
- Sybill: summaries, pre-meeting briefs, follow-up emails and CRM autofill, all after the meeting. Free plan, then $30 and $90 per user per month on annual billing, 14-day trial on Business with no card. (sybill.ai/pricing, checked 11 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Sybill.)
Oliv sits between the tiers and we will not pretend otherwise. Its $29 Meeting Insights pack lists a Real-time Answer Assistant, Oliv does not describe it as objection coaching, and we have not tested it. $19 to $29 per user per month per pack on annual commitment. (oliv.ai/pricing, checked 10 Sep 2026. See Objeq vs Oliv.)

Five of the nine publish no price at all. Where a vendor does not publish one we say so and link the third-party source, instead of printing a number as if the vendor had said it.
"Handcrafted sales battlecards by the always brilliant folks at 30 Minutes to President's Club."
Clari, describing the seven real-time battlecards that ship with Copilot, Clari blog, checked 12 Sep 2026. Quoted because it is the most honest sentence any vendor in tier 2 has written about itself. The cards are good. They were also written by people who have never heard your prospect.Where Objeq is the wrong answer
Four situations, and in all four you should buy something else.
- Your calls do not run in a browser. Desk phones, native softphones, a contact center stack on Five9 or Genesys. Objeq hears the customer through the Chrome tab. No tab, no product. Balto is built for that floor.
- You want pipeline analytics and deal intelligence. Gong and Clari do that and we do not. We produce no forecast and no deal board.
- You need compliance scripting with an audit trail. A composed line is the wrong design when the requirement is that the exact approved sentence is read every time. Tier 2 exists for this reason.
- You want a free tier. There is not one, and nothing in this category that runs live has one. The free options, and what they actually do.

FAQ
What is the top sales coaching software in 2026?
There is no single answer, and any list that gives you one is ranking by something it will not name. Sort by when help reaches the rep instead. If you need the line during the call for an objection nobody scripted, Objeq is the only product on this list that composes it live, at $99 to $149 per seat per month. If your floor repeats the same twenty situations, a pre-written card from Balto, Clari Copilot, Avoma, Outreach, Dialpad or Revenue.io is faster and more consistent. If you want to review last month's calls, Gong.
Which sales coaching tools publish a price?
Four of the nine here. Objeq at $99 and $149 per seat per month, Avoma at $19 to $39 a seat annual plus a $29 add-on for the live layer, Sybill at $30 and $90 per user per month annual, and Oliv at $19 to $29 per pack. Clari Copilot, Balto, Outreach, Revenue.io and Gong publish nothing and route you to a demo. Dialpad publishes prices for its phone plans but no longer a Sell per-seat figure on its own page.
What is the difference between real-time coaching and a battlecard?
A battlecard is text a person wrote before the call, shown when a trigger fires: a keyword, a phrase, a CRM field. Real-time composition writes the response during the call for the sentence actually spoken. Both appear while the call is live, which is why vendors use the same words for them. The difference shows up on the objection nobody predicted, where a trigger has nothing to fire and a card has nothing to show.
Is there sales coaching software for a single rep or a small team?
Objeq starts at one seat with a published price, no seat minimum and no platform fee. Sybill and Avoma sell small too. Most of the rest are built for a floor: Revenue.io states 15+ Salesforce seats on its own pricing page, and the contact center platforms quote annual contracts.
Do any of these work on Hebrew calls?
Objeq runs end to end in Hebrew and English, transcription and coaching both. That is unusual in this category, where the live products are built for English contact centers first.
