What happened to Clari Copilot, and what to buy instead

Objeq whispers the next line on your live sales calls. Try it on your toughest objection →

Clari Copilot is no longer a brand you can buy. On 5 October 2026 we requested 11 clari.com URLs with redirects switched off and recorded the status line of each one. All 11 returned HTTP 301, and all 11 pointed at salesloft.com, including the bare homepage. clari.com/products/copilot/ now lands on salesloft.com/platform/conversation-intelligence-software, and clari.com/pricing/ lands on salesloft.com/see-it-live, which is a demo form, not a price list. The product itself survived. Salesloft's page keeps the thing Copilot was bought for: "Battlecards surface in real time on every call." And the old app host, copilot.clari.com, still answers HTTP 200, except its page title now reads Salesloft CI. So the login works, the live battlecards work, and the vendor on your invoice changed.

What we actually did, in one paragraph

We made HTTP requests. No review sites, no press coverage, no vendor blog posts. Eleven clari.com addresses and nine competitor pricing URLs, each requested once on 5 October 2026 with automatic redirect following turned off, so that what we report is the status code and the Location header the server sent, not the page a browser eventually showed. Where we quote a vendor, the quote comes from that vendor's own live page on the same day. This is a measurement of what the web is serving right now, and it has an expiry date. If you are reading this months later, re-run it. The whole point of the page is that something which was true in September was not true in October.

The eleven redirects

The interesting column is the destination, because it tells you how the product was mapped onto its replacement.

Two of those rows are worth more than the other ten. The first is the pricing row. A 301 from a pricing URL to a demo form is the whole pricing story of this category in one status line, and we will come back to it. The second is the last row. copilot.clari.com is still up, still serving, and the HTML it serves carries <title>Salesloft CI</title> with an og:description of "Supercharge your sales calls". The marketing site has moved on completely while the application still lives at the old address under a new name. If you are a customer, that is reassuring. If you are a buyer, it means every comparison article written about Clari Copilot before October 2026 is now describing a product under a name that will not sell it to you.

The capability survived the move

This is the part most "X is dead, buy Y" pages get wrong. The feature did not get cut.

"Give reps real-time AI guidance during calls to handle objections, navigate tough conversations, and deliver confident responses that move deals forward."

"Battlecards surface in real time on every call. Coachable moments become tasks in rep workflows, turning sales coaching from a weekly meeting into a continuous part of how deals get done."

Source: salesloft.com/platform/conversation-intelligence-software, HTTP 200, read by us 5 October 2026. This is the page clari.com/products/copilot/ now redirects to.

The header of that same page carries three separate login links: Log in to Clari Forecast, Log in to Conversations, and Log in to Groove. Three products, three logins, one brand on the front door. That is a consolidation of acquired products, not a rebuild, and it tells you what to expect operationally: the thing you used still works roughly the way it did, and the seams between the parts are where friction lives. Ask the demo to move you from a conversation to a forecast to a sequence in one session and watch how many times you change screens.

And read the word battlecard carefully, because it is the word that decides this purchase. A battlecard is content somebody wrote in advance, matched to a trigger phrase and pushed onto the rep's screen. On a stable, known objection list with an owner who maintains the cards, that is genuinely useful. On the objection nobody anticipated, or on the second and third turn of a conversation after the buyer has moved past the trigger, a card library has nothing to give. We are not claiming the feature is bad. We are saying it is a specific mechanism with a specific failure mode, and "real-time AI guidance" on a marketing page does not tell you which mechanism you are getting.

The pricing census, and why it is the most useful thing on this page

While we had the probe open we pointed it at every real-time coaching vendor we could name and requested the conventional pricing URL on each. Eleven vendors, 5 October 2026.

VendorPricing URLPublished figureLive in-call guidance claimed on its own site
Salesloft (formerly Clari Copilot)307 to /see-it-liveNoneYes, battlecards in real time

Level AIHTTP 404NoneYes
AttentionHTTP 404NoneYes
Gong200None. "Licenses are priced per user" and "There is a platform fee based on the number of users supported"Post-call analytics is the product
Nooks200None, contact form onlyYes, Live Battlecards and Whisper Coaching
Revenue.io200None. "built for Salesforce sales teams of 15 or more seats"Yes, Moments real-time call guidance
Trellus200Power $99.99/mo list, Power + Parallel $149.99/mo list, both showing a discounted $34.99. Business customYes, "AI coaching live on every call"
Avoma200Startup $19 annual / $29 monthly, Organization $29 / $39, Enterprise $39 annual. Conversation Intelligence add-on $29 / $35Yes on the add-on, "Surface battlecards and prompts live during calls"

Three out of twelve publish a dollar figure. Five return HTTP 404 on the pricing URL. Two more return 200 and publish prose about how pricing works instead of a number.

The obvious objection to that table is that a 404 at /pricing does not prove a vendor has no price page somewhere else, so we checked. We fetched the homepages of all five 404 vendors, pulled every href out of the HTML, and searched them for the strings pric, plan and cost. Zero matches on all five. Cresta, Balto, Observe.AI, Level AI and Attention do not link to a pricing page from their own front doors. That is a deliberate commercial choice, not a broken URL, and it is worth naming because the comparison articles that rank for these terms almost all claim to compare pricing without having checked whether any exists.

What to actually buy, by where your calls live

"Clari Copilot alternative" is three different purchases wearing one phrase. Pick the row that is your situation and ignore the rest.

You are a Salesforce revenue org with 15 or more seats and you want forecasting attached. Then the replacement is the thing it already became: Salesloft's conversation intelligence, or Gong if you want the strongest post-call analytics in the category. Revenue.io is the third name here, and its own page states the 15-seat floor in writing, so read that as a qualifier rather than a suggestion. None of these three will tell you a price before a call.

You run a contact centre floor on Five9, Genesys or Amazon Connect. Then Balto and Cresta own this and have for years. Live guidance on agent desktops at scale is their actual product, not a feature. Budget for a platform conversation, not a seat price, and expect the 404s above to turn into a quote with a floor under it.

Your reps live in an outbound dialer all day. Trellus and Nooks both put live cards on the screen as part of a dialer. Trellus is the only vendor in this whole census that publishes a per-seat number next to a live-coaching claim, which makes it the cheapest way to find out whether your team will actually use this kind of help before you commit to a platform.

You want conversation intelligence first and live help second, cheaply. Avoma is the honest answer and we will say so on our own site. $29 annually for the base plus $29 for the Conversation Intelligence add-on buys recording, transcription, scoring and a real-time prompt layer for under $60 per user per month, published, with no demo required to learn the number.

Where Objeq fits, and four places it does not

This page is on Objeq's site. Take the bias as read and weigh the limits, which are the useful half.

Objeq is a Chrome extension with a side panel. It hears the customer through the Chrome tab the call plays in, so the rule is one line: the call runs in a Chrome tab on a computer, and Objeq sits next to it. No bot joins the meeting. Audio is streamed for transcription and analysis, processed in memory, and never stored. $99 per seat per month for Starter, $149 for Pro, with a 3-day trial. The narrow job it does is the one a battlecard library cannot: compose a line for the objection nobody wrote a card for, while the buyer is still on the call.

Four places it is the wrong answer, plainly. One, if you need forecasting, deal boards, pipeline inspection or CRM write-back, Objeq does none of it and the Salesloft product does all of it, so buy that and do not let a $99 tool pretend otherwise. Two, if your reps join calls from a desktop app rather than a browser tab, Objeq hears nothing, and that is a hard no rather than a roadmap item. Three, if you are a contact centre on Genesys or Five9, this is not the product and Balto or Cresta is. Four, if you are migrating 200 Clari Copilot seats, you are running a procurement process and we are not the vendor for that conversation.

Where it does fit: four to twenty reps, calls in Chrome, no appetite for an annual platform contract, and one problem that keeps repeating, a rep going quiet on an objection. It also runs in Hebrew end to end, which is the reason the product exists, and which nothing else on this page does.

Four questions for whoever is selling you the replacement

One. "Which login will my team use in six months, and will the URL change again?" Three logins sit on the platform page today. Consolidations continue. Get the answer dated.

Two. "Show me the live guidance firing on an objection that is not in a battlecard." Not a scripted demo. Ask the rep to say something off the card list and watch the screen. This single request separates a card library from a composed answer faster than any feature table.

Three. "What does my existing Clari contract convert to, per seat and per term?" Not the list price, which is not published anyway. The conversion.

Four. "What happens to my historical recordings and transcripts, and when?" Ask for the migration date and the export route in the same sentence, before you need either.

Questions people ask next

Was Clari Copilot the same thing as Wingman? Clari Copilot is the name the conversation intelligence product carried under Clari. If you are reading documentation or a comparison that uses an older name, check its date first, because this product line has now been renamed at least twice and the current front door is Salesloft's conversation intelligence page. We are not going to assert an acquisition timeline we did not measure. What we measured is the redirect, and the redirect is unambiguous.

Do the old clari.com links in my documentation still work? They resolve, but not to what you cited. Every product URL we tested lands on salesloft.com or its homepage, so a reader following your link arrives at a different company's front page with no idea what you meant. Worth a find-and-replace pass through your internal docs and any public pages you own.

Is a 301 from a whole domain bad for the acquired brand's search traffic? It is the correct technical move and it is also a choice to stop competing for the old brand's terms. Searchers who type the old product name now land on a page that does not use that name. That gap is exactly why pages like this one exist, and it is why you should check the date on everything you read about a product that just changed hands.

What is the fastest way to get live objection help without a procurement cycle? A browser-side tool on one rep's machine, running on real calls for a week. That is a per-seat decision, not a platform decision, which is why the published-price column in the census above matters more than it looks. Three vendors let you make that decision today without booking a call.

Where do I compare the whole field by when the help arrives? Real-time call coaching sorts eleven tools by the only variable that changes a call, which is whether the help lands while the buyer is still talking or the next morning.
